2024 Floral Park Christmas Tree Lighting - Vendor Request
As we prepare for one of the most exciting times of the year we look forward to hosting another successful Tree Lighting event on Friday, December 6th, 2024
If your business / organization would like to participate by reserving a tent, please complete the submission of this form by Monday October 28th. At that point the Chamber board will review all submissions and pick the 10 best vendors suited for this event to be a great success for our community.
If your business / organization has been chosen to participate, you will be given 7 days from the point of being notified to submit payment for the tent. If not received by the 7th day, we will offer that spot to the next business / organization chosen by the board.
Additional Note:
*Cost of Tent For Chamber Members: $120 (We will share details on how to submit payments once we have finalized on the list of vendors).
*The event is Rain OR Shine.
*Payments made are non-refundable
